The Alumni Network

Where your growth
keeps going

For operators who are serious about where they are headed next.

Become a founding member

Graduating from the Online Operations Certification is a real achievement. You have spent months sharpening your strategic thinking, widening your skill set and learning to operate at a higher level.

Graduation is not the finish line though. The operators who go furthest are the ones who carry on learning long after the certificate is awarded. They stay close to what is shifting in the industry and to the opportunities that come with it, and they keep raising the standard of their work year after year.

That is exactly why we built the Alumni Network, a space open only to certified School of Operations graduates.

What you receive as a member

Reserved for alumni

Exclusive access to alumni opportunities

Across the year we receive enquiries from founders and businesses looking for operational support. These range from Online Operations Manager roles and OBM work through to fractional COO positions, project contracts, consultancy briefs and specialist support. Since the start of this year we have already shared more than a dozen of these, sent out to all our graduates, and that has generated £156k of revenue for our students. Moving forward these go to paid alumni only, not to current or past students outside the network, and not to the wider public. A single one can cover the cost of your membership many times over.

Continued access to the certification

Every graduate keeps access to their version of the certification for 6 months. After that a fee of £250 (excl VAT) applies to hold onto it. Being part of the network goes further, because you move onto the most current version of the programme rather than staying on the one you first trained on. We have already started re-recording it with deeper frameworks and more resources, so your knowledge keeps pace as operations moves.

Quarterly State of Operations briefings

Four times a year you join a live briefing hosted by Sneha, up to 90 minutes, focused on what is actually happening across the industry. We look at shifts in the online business landscape, emerging service opportunities, hiring and recruitment trends, what founders are expecting right now and the challenges operators are running into. The aim is to keep you ahead of where the work is going, so you can make good decisions about your career and your business.

Quarterly alumni advisory sessions

Four times a year you also join a live strategic discussion built only for alumni. Ahead of each one you are invited to submit the challenges and questions you most want worked through, and we share an agenda in advance so you know exactly what the session will cover. Each runs up to 90 minutes and stays on the real situations operators are navigating right now, whether that is a difficult founder relationship, a pricing decision, a team or leadership challenge, scope creep or the next stage of your own growth. You learn from expert guidance and from the experience of the operators in the room with you.

Alumni spotlight opportunities

As a member you have the chance to be featured across School of Operations platforms, through social spotlights, newsletter features, graduate stories and interviews. It is a way to raise your visibility and put your expertise in front of a much wider audience.

Priority access to events

You get early access to live events, workshops, networking and new initiatives before they open to anyone else.
