I’m Sneha.

I'm Sneha. After 14 years with companies like Google, NEXT Plc, and Selfridges, I left to build my own operations business.

When I started, there were no resources for operations professionals in online businesses. Everything was outdated corporate methodology or basic VA training. Nothing taught how to build operational infrastructure for remote-first, tech-enabled digital businesses.
